With holiday parties just around the corner, fall is the perfect season to sign up for dance lessons. It’s just enough time to refine your moves before the party invitations begin to roll in – although, you don’t need to wait for an invitation to dance.

“Dance gives you an emotional connection to your fitness, to your health, and to your wellbeing,” says Director of Movement Rob Glover. “My movement program for residents has a wide variety to it. It can be as simple as giving you the confidence to get up and salsa dance in a restaurant and go as far as the competitive field like the dancing you see on ‘Dancing with the Stars’.”

So what are you waiting for? With a variety of dance lessons planned over the next few months, there has never been a better time to sign up. Each hour-long session covers two styles of movement and will be followed by signature drinks and light bites.
