A Backyard BBQ at Shed’s
Ask anyone from the Lone Star State and they’ll tell you, real Texas-style barbeque is an art form that can be hard to master. But downtown Boston just got a little bit more Texas thanks to the new Shed’s BBQ located on Bromfield Street.
Low and slow is the motto at Shed’s, with meats cooking from 12 to 18 hours on traditional Southern Pride smokers. Even the toughest cuts turn tender and slices of brisket have smoke rings too perfect to resist. Highlights include six barbeque sauces for menu options including smoked brisket, pork ribs, smoked turkey, chicken wings, pulled chicken, and pulled pork. Save room for some comfort side dishes, too. Shed’s is serving up fried pickles, mac and cheese, collard greens, baked beans, and more to bring balance to your heaping plate of meat. You certainly won’t be going home hungry after a backyard barbeque at Shed’s…Yeehaw!
Shed’s BBQ is open Monday-Friday for lunch, 11:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
