MATT:
I’m originally from Los Angeles, CA and I moved to Boston four years ago when I joined Millennium. I actually studied English and Philosophy in college, but got really excited about hospitality and real estate when I met John Luciano, head of operations at Millennium Tower Boston. I’m very passionate about fitness, wellness and finding balance in life, so when the position of FLX Concierge was created, it seemed to be a natural fit.
As the FLX concierge I’m here to help residents take advantage of all the exclusive amenities available to them through FLX Wellness and FLX Salon and Spa. Residents can come to me at any time - in person, via email or on the FLX Concierge landing page - with any compliments, concerns, questions, or new ideas for what they would like to see FLX offer. I’m a natural problem solver and I’m here to listen and make your experience the best it can be.
Part of reducing stress and bringing life into balance is making things more accessible, and one of the best things about FLX is how easy it is to access; it is right here in your home, right at your fingertips. It’s really an invaluable resource that brings many of the things residents want and need to maintain their mind and body in top condition within the building.
Well, we’ve already started monthly mini-sessions where residents can try out a FLX Wellness or FLX Salon and Spa service. I encourage residents to check those out if they haven’t already, as they are a great way to get a taste of what FLX can offer. Pretty soon we’ll also be rolling out FLX promos, where residents will be able to book featured services at a special rate each month - look out for those in your inbox soon!
I love challenging myself, so when I’m not at Millennium Tower you can usually find me rock climbing or teaching cross fit.
When I lived in California I used to have long hair and a big beard. I miss it sometimes, but my girlfriend prefers me clean shaven, so there’s no chance of it coming back.
