Tell us a little about yourself…

What do you like most about working at Millennium Tower?
What has been your favorite La Vie event?
What are you most looking forward to in the new year?
Brian:
My home will forever and always be Washington D.C. I grew up there and love to visit whenever I can. It wasn’t until 2012, after I had lived in Miami and the Caribbean, that I moved back to the Northeast with my wife. Boston has such a great reputation for education and there’s so much history and culture that we knew we wanted to raise our family here.
I’ve been in the business for many years! My first position was on a valet team, which led me on a career path through almost every position in the industry. I worked with the Ritz-Carlton for more than 12 years where I discovered my passion for customer service. I was actually working for the Ritz in San Juan, Puerto Rico when I met my beautiful wife, Maria.
My degree is in political science, and while this might not be specific to my career, I feel as if I’m a politician of sorts. When people ask me what I do, I usually explain by comparing myself to the mayor of a small town. Here at Millennium Tower, we have 442 amazing homes in “our town.” My job is essentially managing all aspects of this operation… keeping the peace and harmony between neighbors; creating and managing budgets and contributions; and making sure the residents receive the highest possible service each and every day.
Definitely casino night. I’m really looking forward to it this month at our Mix & Mingle! It’s such a fun and exciting event that brings residents of all ages together, and that’s what I love to see.
A new Board of Trustees will be elected on the 16th of this month. I’m excited to start working with them and to hear their ideas on improving our community here at the Tower.
