For most New Englanders, the Super Bowl is an epic event. The Patriots storm the field, there’s ice-cold beer, and tons of greasy, delicious game day snacks. However, at Millennium Tower, the tailgate menu is unbeatable.

Of course, the Mina team will be offering all the classics, including fully-loaded fries, nachos supreme, and crispy chicken wings, but you can also order the February featured entrée and, coincidentally, Chef Michael Mina’s go-to tailgate meal – the crab cioppino with steamed clams and mussels, orange and red pepper rouille, and Dungeness crab sourdough toast.

Even though Chef Michael is a faithful 49er’s fan, it’s hard to hold it against him when you’ve got a hearty bowl of crab ciopinno plated in front you. The stew starts with a sweet crab broth balanced with a kick of chili pepper heat. The crab legs, steamed mussels, and clams give the dish a rich, seafaring flavor. Underneath, you’ll find a piece of sourdough toast perfect for scooping the fresh crabmeat and the creamy rouille.

Prefer food over football? You can enjoy the featured crab cioppino all month long while dining with Mina at the Tower.
