Rebecca:

I was born and raised in Milan, and like all great Italians, my love and passion for food began at a very young age. However, I wasn’t truly bit by the hospitality bug until I was 14, and by then, my family and I had moved to the states. I worked my way up through the ranks of a few of the Hampton’s hottest hotels, graduated college with a communications degree, and moved to New York City where I worked for the Sant Ambroeus Restaurant Group. Eventually I moved to Boston, where I held various positions in financial, restaurant, and hotel industries all in the downtown neighborhood. Fast forward to today, and I’m thrilled to be back in the restaurant industry and bringing my experiences to PABU!

I do! Outside of work I actually have a food blog that pays homage to my Italian upbringing and family recipes. It’s called Milano-Made. It’s quite different from PABU, but I’m really looking forward to the challenge of learning and being exposed to a new type of cuisine.

For me, the most important thing is for the residents to understand that I’m here ESPECIALLY for them…to cater to each of their individual needs with the highest level of service. Board dinners, holiday parties, birthdays, bridal showers, bachelor parties... you name it. The event booking process is as easy as it gets.
